All of the puppies in the program are currently donated by Ness Lake Retrievers in Prince George. These pups come from selected Dams and Sires who themselves show the quality and temperament required for a service dog. When the litters are born, careful testing and selection is done to identify possible candidates for this special program. Puppies are raised at Ness Lake Retrievers to be highly social and confident dogs before placement with puppy raisers
We are trying to raise funds to build a training centre for Northern B.C., so new participants in our program get to know the puppies and trainers in a safe and secure facility. We need your support for this to become a reality. All donation amounts are gratefully accepted.
In order to raise funds we are offering everyone a piece of the training centre to sponsors. This is truly going to be the facility that love builds. Your contribution towards the building fund will literally put your name, or your loved ones names, on the training centre.
We must rely on your generosity, for food, crates, blankets, bowls and toys to ensure the comfort and safety of each puppy. If you are a breeder of Labrador Retrievers and wish to donate a puppy to this wonderful program please contact us.
